Orthodontist Dr. Caggiano is very fortunate to have an orthodontics team of highly skilled, enthusiastic, and caring staff members who proudly serve our local communities of Parsippany, Morris Plains, Boonton, Mountain Lakes, Whippany, & Montville, New Jersey (NJ). The team shares the same goal – to provide the highest quality, personalized orthodontic care while making the experience enjoyable, stress-free, and convenient. We work together as a team to ensure that you are satisfied and that our referrals remain confident in our orthodontic services.
The orthodontics team at Caggiano Orthodontics in Parsippany, NJ, consists of our clinical staff and our office administrators. Our clinical staff strives to make every appointment fun and relaxed. Our office administrators are extremely knowledgeable and are available to provide the best possible customer service. They will answer all your questions, conveniently schedule your appointments, and assist you with your account and insurance claims. In addition to the team’s expertise, absolutely no patient arrives for orthodontic care without personally seeing Dr. Caggiano, who exclusively directs all treatment. Finally, the most important member of our team is YOU! Cooperation during your treatment is essential for successful results. Dr. Caggiano regularly updates and informs patients and parents throughout the treatment progress. We encourage you to express your concerns and ask questions, taking an active role in your orthodontic treatment.
Janet
Registered and Certified Dental Assistant
Janet is a Registered and Certified Dental Assistant since 1993 and has been part of Caggiano Orthodontics since 2010! On her day off, she can be found going for a long ride to different states, cities, and towns. She also very much enjoys hiking, rummaging through garage sales for a good find, and enjoying the Jersey Shore year round to see all nature’s seasonal beauty. When Janet is not exploring, she is enjoying a series on Netflix and spending time with her 2 daughters (Sandy, Diane, and 3 grandchildren). Janet is always up for a good time with good friends and a good laugh!
What do you like most about working At Caggiano Orthodontics?: The staff is very friendly and we all get along with each other, a good group of people !!!!
What is your life motto? Never say no.
What do you like most about working with Dr. Caggiano? There is always something to learn from Dr Caggiano, he is a great orthodontist and I am proud to work with him.
Isabel
Office Manager
Isabel is as a Registered Dental Assistant who worked clinically for 8 years before transitioning to practice administration in 2005. She joined Caggiano Orthodontics in 2013 and has been organizing things behind the scenes ever since. Outside the office, she can be found spending time at the lake with her husband and son, listening to audiobooks, learning new languages and scouring the web for new tofu recipes. Her life motto is “Never stop learning, because Life never stops teaching.”
What do you like about working at Caggiano Orthodontics: I am constantly presented with new challenges to overcome and new systems to create for the day to day operations of the office. I have the pleasure of helping to foster a team of individuals who truly care about their patients and what it means to provide excellent care. On top of that, I get to see amazing, contagious smiles all day long.
What do you like about working with Dr. Caggiano: He is one of the sharpest minds I know, and his commitment to learning resonates. I am in awe of his attention to small details while simultaneously taking in the big picture.
Dana
Marketing Coordinator
Dana has over 10 years in the medical field and joined the Caggiano Orthodontics team in 2011. She enjoys watching and going to hockey games, GO RANGERS, and is obsessed with pineapples. She adores her ‘ohana which includes her husband, two adorable daughters and their dog. Dana’s go to motto: “You can always save the day with sprinkles.”
What do you like most about working At Caggiano Orthodontics?: I love building and growing relationships with our patients and families. I also love seeing the confidence that a beautiful smile can bring to a person.
What makes you smile? Doing anything that makes somebody else genuinely smile.
What do you like most about working with Dr. Caggiano? His passion for orthodontics. He believes in what he’s trying to accomplish, and he has fun doing it. This makes everyone else want to join the ride.

Registered and Certified Dental Assistant
Jessica has been a Registered and Certified Dental Assistant since 2015 and joined the Caggiano Orthodontics team in 2016. She has always had a passion in Orthodontics ever since she was young. On her days off, Jessica loves spending time with her family and is always looking for a new restaurant to enjoy. She is an avid iced-coffee lover and you could find her either snowboarding, at the beach, or shopping for shoes!
What do you like most about working At Caggiano Orthodontics?: Working with a team that feels like family in order to give our patients the perfect smiles they have always dreamed of.

Scheduling Coordinator
Alyse is the schedule coordinator and has over 10 years of management experience before starting at Caggiano Orthodontics in April 2015. She is a Jersey girl through and through and has loving parents, siblings, and nieces that she loves spending her time with. Alyse enjoys doing jigsaw puzzles, camping with friends, and making up silly songs.
What do you like most about working At Caggiano Orthodontics?: Seeing the confidence that beams from the faces of our patients at the end of treatment and the best part is celebrating their stunning new smile.

Registered and Certified Dental Assistant
Christian is a Certified and Registered Dental Assistant with experience in Orthodontics since 2011 and joined Caggiano Orthodontics team in 2012. On his free time, he enjoys spending quality time with his wife Claudia, and two children Sophia and Mathias. He loves all sports, but enjoys playing and watching Soccer the most. Deanna is a Certified and Registered Dental Assistant with over 10 years of experience in the Orthodontic field. Deanna lives in Caldwell, NJ with her teenage son, Lukas and cat, Atticus. Deanna enjoys yoga, traveling, cooking, and reading. She loves spending time at the beach with her family and going to see live music!
